Maybe you could wait and see how many times his "friend" comes over. Definitely talk to him about Alex not eating though and the constipation, maybe then he will bring it up himself, if the "friend" is more than a friend. If he doesn't bring it up himself and Alex tells you his "friend" keeps coming over then maybe you could do the whole "Your son dobbed you in..." I love that that's great, lol. Definitely going the jokey lighter side is the way to go.
