I'm sorry but the original topic was over population and if anyone thought of this when they started a family. The consensus seems to be either one for mum and one for dad ( apparently as per maths) or as previous plus one for the country.
Does anyone have written evidence that this is correct or is this just because someone said it was? I'm curious...
