    The best things about BOYS...
    * they are always mummy's boy
    * always ready for a cuddle
    * you can always buy more trucks and car as they dont take up much room but how many dolls does one girl need!!!!

    The best thing about GIRLS....
    * You will never get pee on your face in the middle of the night at change time !!!!
    * Girls are Daddy's girls
    * you can dress them up and play with their hair...
*You know when the are older they will want you around when they are mummy's

There are so many great things about each sex I personally found my BOY a bit easier than the girls as he picked up TT and walking much quicker than MY girls but have herd this isnt always the case.... Enjoy what ever you have as it will be yours so you will be like every other parent out there and think your child is the cutest and cleverest child alive LOL

Well i only have a girl so no comparison but...

    I love her fierce independence.

I love her willpower - she asks for something, and when i repeat the (sometimes SO out there -like "Want a coffee, Mama"!) request she says "Ok" and toddles off expecting me to follow and comply

I love that when she is scared she repeats what i have told her before "it's okeh baybeegurl, jus' a car horn" rather than running for a hug.

I love that sometimes she DOES run for hugs and i really enjoy them because they're just a bit scarce, you know? Enough to create demand

I love that my DD does not find bodily functions (farting, burping, etc) amusing and uses very nice manners.

I love that my DD is 'Mummy's girl'.

I love that my DD is so affectionate and cuddly, but at the same time totally independent and speaks her mind freely and with ease!

I love knowing that there are so many things I will share with her when she is an adult, so in some ways altho I don't want her to grow up it softens the blow!

At the moment I only have a daughter, but....

I love that she's the class clown (yes already!) she loves to make others laugh even at her own expense

She's so clever and inquisitive and determined to find how things work

    She's very affectionate

She's confident enough to approach other children and talk to them even if they shy away. She even hugs and kisses them!!

I love the thought that one day my girls will be mums and there are some moments and conversations a girl can only have with her mum. it is a very close bond for us.

Although DD1 was always daddys girl when younger, now as she is growing and changing (shes 11) we are getting lots closer.

But i am also hoping to experience the bond of having a son, mabye without the peeing in the face in the middle if the night, thankyou very much...

Have one son and not sure about the second one.

    BUT

I love that only mummy is good enough when he is confused or upset

I love that he is independant, caring and happy

I love that he can say "Luff you mummy" and always follows with a kiss

I love that he is cheeky, spunky and takes no crap from anybody

I love having a daughter because
    - she's a mummy's girl
    - she has her own ideas already about what she wants to wear
    - she will sit and read, do puzzles, colour in, draw or paint quite happily by herself
    - she is so cuddly
    - she says "mummy you're beautiful, I love you" and means it
    - she knows what she wants and how to get it
    - she feeds her baby dolls bottles and rocks them to sleep in her arms

I'm not sure if any of this has anything to do with her being a girl but I love it all just the same

I love having 3 girls because:
    * They are all mummys girls
    * They (well, 2 of them anyway) take an interest in what colour lip gloss i have on
    * will notice when i do my hair a different way, wear a new top
    * Out of nowhere they will ask for a kiss
    * They smell sooooo delicious when just outta the bath and pjs on...
    * They love my mum and dad (grandparents)
    * They run (well....two of them anyway) run to daddy when he walks in the door
    * Are always very concerned if i bang my toe, hit my knee, or generally just do something clumsy...
