I've been a sahm for the past 7 years and I love it.
I love that I can spend all day with my girls.
As my two eldest dd's are at school, i love that i can be involved in all the extra things that happen at school, like reading, going to assembly, going to Parent Morning, and catching up with the other mums in my class.
I'll go back to work eventually, but I'm so lucky that we're in a position that i can stay at home. That could always change at the drop of a hat though.
I love being able to do mornings in our own time, not having to rush out the door getting cranky and trying to hurry everyone up.
I love being able to nap during my 'lunch hour'
I love being able to set my own mummy/family goals .... at the moment I am reorganising DS's toys, including researching what open-ended toys are good for his age and either buying or making these.
I love being able to spend my days looking after the most important people in my life.
