Talking Zander has the best grandparents

    And me the best parents

Since I found out I was pregnant with Zander my parents spoilt me rotten, they bought lots of clothes & baby items including the cot & car seat for Zander. They were always willing to help out during the pregnancy & just in general are wonderful. After Zander was born & we were having troubles with his reflux mum ordered him a hammock after I heard they were good. When I was having a tough time they'd take him for the night & look after him. Mum babysits every Friday & Zander adores his Granma & Granma days Every now & then they take us out for the day just because.

In the last week Zander has been sick with a cold so I've had very little sleep, so tonight he's having a sleep over with Granma & Da. He was so excited when I told him the other day & as we were walking over (they're next door) he had this huge grin on his face! They're out to a restaurant for dinner now & will be back soon for the rest of the night.

So I wondered, who else has fantastic parents (or inlaws)?

My parents are gorgeous! They would have had Izzy for a weekend once she was born if they could They call just to "chat" to her and I put the phone on speaker which she loves and if they go longer that a week without seeing her they will "pop" in while on the way to nowhere in particular!!
They also bought her cot, change table and play mat, endless clothes and I haven't bought nappies ONCE since she was born, because mum stocked me up while pregnant and since then has bought them once a week or fortnight while they are on special! So sweet! You would think she was the first grandchild, but she is the 3rd - admittedly the next youngest is 12! Gotta love em!

wow they are heavent sent parents, no wonder you think they are wonderful!!

I dont have that, my children have never ever been baby sat by anyone let alone there grand parents. My mother is a alcholic and not someone I want my children left with and my father looks after his blind mother of 95 so has no time and lives too far away. Inlaws are worse, they are stuck up me me me people.

So its just me, hubbie and our babes!

My parents are wonderful - just live too far away They are here for the weekend so Dad took the little person this morning and gave me an extra couple of hours sleep. Bliss!!!! He has also nursed him almost all day while we have been shopping and loves his Poppa time. Mum spoils us by buying clothes
