DS is in cloth full-time and we change him every 2-3 hours, depending on how wet he is. The BBH bamboo last longer than our pocket nappies (greenkids). The liners are helpful if your bub has relatively solid poo, because you can just pick up the liner & the nappy is clean'ish (don't have to rinse the poo off before you put it in the bucket). If your bubs does really runny poos, they will seep through the liner anyway, so there is no point. I didn't start lining DS's nappies until he was on solids.
