Too late to swap over to MCN's?

definately not too late! even if your DS toilet trains at two - he will most likely still be in nappies at night for a while longer - so definately worth it.
i swapped DD2 into cloth when she was 9mths old.
I got alot of OSFM to start with. I also had a lovely friend who lent me a few nappies to see what suited us
Hang around the cloth nappy threads - there will be lots of people to help

I would start with just a few, to see how you go. I started with just cloth at home during the day, then cloth while going out - then cloth at night too.

My fav nappies are Pop-ins, Baby beehinds, and fluffy bubs. HTH!
