Not much I can add here except to agree wholeheartedly with the suggestions re eggs (DD has loved scrambled eggs for brekky since she was about 9 mths) and baked beans (another favourite). We've also given her leftovers for breakfast such as cubes of tofu with steamed rice and a bit of butter, raisin toast which is a bit hit, peanut butter or avocado on toast, and definitely weetbix or porridge with fruit. Now she's getting a bit pickier but she'll usually eat what I put in front of her so long as she gets to feed herself, so I usually give her meals in a procession (eg, dried or fresh fruit chunks, then toast or egg or porridge). Once a month or so when I have the energy and time I make a batch of banana bread with mashed cauliflower in it or banana muffins with sultanas and these work well to grab from the freezer for breakfasts when we're rushing out the door. She doesn't eat a huge amount.. she's still on a bottle of milk when she wakes which kind of spoils her appetite but it's what she wants and she's only 14mths so I don't worry about it.
