My DS is big on eggs at the moment so I boil a couple up and have them in the fridge. Corn on the cob is another one he likes to munch on.
    Chippie sandwiches are a hit,
    fruit kebabs,
    frozen yoghurt,
cut up fruit dipped in peanut butter (no allergies obviously) or cottage cheese.
    rice crackers and cheese
    arrowroot biscuits with butter
    popcorn
mini quiches - I freeze some, so I can just pull a couple out for lunch or a snack
Pikelets - another one I freeze in twos so I can pull them out in a hurry

He is pretty fussy but through trial and error I have found some hits. Chances are these change on a weekly basis so I try to just go with the flow

oooh great idea!! i might try that, especially the corn cobs....what do you do, buy fresh ones, cook them and leave them in the fridge? how long will they last for in the fridge?

thanks for the ideas, ladies. just pulled some crackers, carrots and dip out for afternoon snacks and DS asked for some celery as well....? might get some of that for him too!!

Yip fresh corn and I find it usually keeps -covered well for two days.
Or I just wait till he asks as it only takes ten minutes to boil a cob and I dunk it in ice water once its cooked so he doesnt have to wait too long.
