HELP! 10 week old lost appetite..??

my 10 week old is formula fed, and is usually pretty consistent with about 4 hourly feeds except at night where he may go 7 hours.

except the last 2 days, he has completely lost his appetite. last night he had a 150ml at 10.30pm (drank the whole bottle), but then woke up at 4am when he would normally have another whole bottle. but he just did a poo and played!!! and went back to sleep.

he then woke up at 6.30 so i thought he would def be hungry but he just played again!!. it is now almost 9am, he has had another nap but not hungry...

what could this be??? im completely confused.

Maybe he's coming down with something? They will usually go off feeds if they are feeling yuck.
Try him on some water & keep an eye on him. If you're worried have him checked out.
