Ok just thought I'd update. It's now our third week without ANY bottles!!! I have no idea what changed. I wasn't brave enough to do the dilution thing so kept up the bottle. Then three weeks ago, she slept through the night for two nights in a row! So we persevered with the no bottle because obviously she didn't need it if she was capable of sleeping through. The tantrums lasted a couple of nights, but only lasted 20 min compared to the two hour tantrums we were having months ago if we didn't give the bottle. I haven't noticed her eating much more during the day although she seems to drink a bit more milk during the day now. So YAY we are now bottle free after ten months of waking overnight Can't really say why all of a sudden she stopped waking but hey it happened and that's all I care about!!
