Thats fine for mash etc but BIG things i'm cooking as a whole for a family meal i wont be able to remove her portion, like muffins or cake.
Actually that gets me wondering about her 1st birthday cake.... hmmm
I'd be more inclined to test her for Rice than Soy. Soy isn't the be all and end all and I like it better in cooking anyway!
I've never heard of a child allergic to rice based products, but there are certainly children with problems with soy lecithin.
Yep rice milk .. There isabsolutely no reason soy formula should be used for cooking, what a waste of money!
I would go and see another doctor and get a second opinion.
I make DFree muffins all the time - rice milk and nuttlex swap over easily.
