with Jack I did it till he was off bottles, I used to do his spoons as well basically anything that could be done I did it...will do same with Luke I dont care if he is licking the floor I like to know his bottles and dummy is very clean...its a personal thing in hopsital they air dry the bottles etc I alwasy felt uneasy giving him a bottle
I sterilised until they were eating solids 3 meals a day. Like others have said I didn't see the point sterilising once they started eating dirt and licking floors etc. I always washed their bottles and dishes in the dishwasher though so I guess they were still getting sterilised. I just stopped using my sterliser.
I have stopped....I sterilised DD1's until she stopped having bottlesShe was 2

My DS is 4 months and we are still sterilising everything, mostly because I didn't know any different, although I did think it was a bit silly when he sucks on his hands and toys all day long lol.
I also sterilise my breast pump after using each time, am I wasting time? do i only need to wash with hot water and dishwashing liquid?
