Thankyou for the support everyone. I have decided to hold off a bit for now with the formula and express a bit more often. I do need more sleep but DH has offered to share the nigh feeds with me, even though he has to go back to work soon. I think I will see how this goes and if it means i can get a bit of shut eye.
