Fry up some onion, garlic & cumin. Add chicken. Add pureed mango & a little mango nectar or a small amt of OJ. Once all cooked, add some cream or if you are trying to be a bit healthy, some evaporated milk. Serve over rice.

Shove a skewer into a peeled mango cheek. Dip in molten chocolate. Put in freezer.

    Mango daiquiris!!!!!!! Mmmmmmmmmm...

we had a massive mango tree in the garden of our rental house a few years ago, oh my did we have alot of mangos. we gave SO many away, the bats ate alot but we still had mangos coming out of our hohas!
Mango pancakes were DD1s fave, make pancake mix, chop up mango...et voila.
dh made a few fish with mango salsa type things. or in salads. but that the only savory things we tried.
    Daiquiris...christmas day daiquiris...happy days!!
    Mango cake was pretty yum!
In the end i was freezing them and they do freeze quite well, either mashed, cubed or in slices and then you can use them for....something?
bit of sugar and BBQ them, good desert for when you have a bbq with people over.
