Aliash - my sis is vegan, has been for donkeys years. She is addicted to sweet things so always makes different cakes and stuff vegan. I know she has a vanilla slice recipe that is apparently quite good. I've never been a fan of the stuff vegan or otherwise so can't give it a personal rating. Will see if I can get her recipe off her for you.
