What to do with a fresh coconut over than eating as is?

Use it in a cake or a curry.

What do I do with to be able to use it like that? Grate it?

Yeah, I guess so. I'm not a fabulous cook but that's what I'd do.

I'd probably make a coconut and pineapple cake.
