Grown the corn now what ??

ok girls i really need your help,ive been growing corn on the cob and its all ready and looking wonderful,BUT there is so much corn im gonna have to freeze it all so my question is what do i do first can i just freeze it or do i need to blanche it first or what ?

Yum!! Home grown corn is so good!! I would think blanching it and taking it off the cob to freeze would work.

If you have the time, sweet corn muffins to freeze as easy to grab snacks!!!! Oh, I looooove home grown sweet corn, can eat it like fruit, straight from the stalk!

I've frozen fresh corn before by blanching it, cooling it fast then chucking it in the freezer. It's not as good as fresh but it matches up okay with the frozen stuff from the shops.
