I agree with you Leasha...was 95% sure that the new law was federal and it is a very new law like only a few months old. i believe it is not retrospective so does not apply to donations before the law came into effect.

I know it has been in place in a few states for a while anyway, the federal law is new.
Our clinic followed that anyway, and we started the process over 2 years ago now.
