We are doing really well, I'm doing my best to look after my girl (I'm not the tummy mummy) making sure she can rest at every oppurtunity. She is just amazing, I love her so much .
We have our first scan booked, in a couple of weeks, to see what is going on and to hopefully hear a heartbeat or heartbeats.
How bout you guys? Hope everything is going nice and smooth for you two.
Sounds like my girl. I am the tummy mummy and she does everything! Everything revolves around me which is helpful when you feel so bloody awful! She is amazing!
We are 8 weeks tomorrow and have our 2nd scan booked for sat.
I booked in to the hospital today and got my first nappy in a show bag!
We are going through the midwife clinic.

Mine are text book where as the other times I fell preg and m/c I barely had any. This time I have everything! But when they drop off for half a day, I FREAK out and wish them back immediately.
I'm so glad I have another rainbow couple to talk to. We have no other friends in our situation.

mum+mum - we haven't gotten as far as booking anywhere yet. That sounds like a pretty cool showbag, pity it didn't come with a maid and a chef too . My girl has the usual symptoms- tired, always busting , nausea, sore ( . Y . ), random burts of tears, you know, all that good stuff...but we both know it will all be worth it.
Hope your little one cuts you some slack soon.

Lace did another HPT when she got home from work today (about the millionth one ) just so we could see that lovley 2nd pink line, we will never get sick of seeing that.

We are doing well. Morning sickness is still going strong, fatigue has well and truly unpacked it's bags and here for a long stay, and tears are coming and going.
Have you had any random outbursts of tears? Lace will be fine one minute and crying the next, over nothing, and then she will feel silly for crying. I just reassure her that it is just another one of the joys of pregnancy
We had our scan and everything is looking really good, looking forward to our next one.

Oh my! Yes!!!!!
I cry nearly every night but it's because I feel so sick and nothing makes it better. Although I am laying in bed now eating salt and vinegar chips and they seem robe helping while my lovely girl is snoring in my ears!
How good it's all going well for you. Tell Lace I'm super pleased she is sick. ( that's what everyone says to me when I tell them I'm really sick... - "oh that's so good!")
I'm trying to hold back 4 letter words everytime!
I get tired in the morning and sick at sunset through the night but it can come and go all day.
Can't handle the smell of cooking veges which I normally love and can only eat them in spag bol. I can do salad things though but no cooked vege's. I can't help it but I feel guilty but there is no point trying to ear something that just makes me feel sick when I already feel sick most of the time anyway.
I have a day here and there when the nausea isn't too bad and I FREAK out!
Then I just say to myself, do I feel normal and the answer is always no.
If the nausea is gone, I'm super tired and my (.Y.)'s hurt etc. I am hoping it all starts to go away as we are nearing the 2 nd trimester.
I am back at work tomorrow after 2 weeks off from our hair salon so hopefully I will be ok.
