I tested at around 10 DPO but it is recomended that you wait until AF is due. Even then for some people it takes longer to show up. So if your late, and still getting BFN's maybe wait a few days and try again.

Isn't it weird how all of a sudden you can notice things like ovulation cramps when you've never noticed before!
I will try my best to wait as many days as possible before testing - but then again, I did just buy pregnancy tests at the supermarket
