    Is 10 minutes enough?

I am doing 10 minutes a day on the stationary bike to try and burn fat. I average 33km/hr for the 10 min. I am 63kg although that was 2 days ago so could be less already, I seem to be losing a kg every 2 days with bfing which is a surprise as the weight didn't budge with bfing Noah, maybe because I am BFing both? Anyway, just trying to lose the fat on my mid section bum and thighs so I can be a 10 all over again.

Should I be doing more or is 10 min enough?

10 minutes is ok. You don't want to push it too much after pg and birth but doing something is definitely good for you. If you feel you can do more (at least 30 min is usually recommended, I think) then it would be better but if that is all you can cope with for now that is a good start. Maybe try and add another minute every couple of days?

30 mins a day is better but anything you do needs to be done in blocks of 10 mins so you are definately on the right track

Cool bananas! So 2 more times today then I don't get much time to do longer stretches atm but hopefully that will change once I get a rhythm going with the rugrats :s

    Thanks DD and Cathrine!
