Post Eat Foods + Take Supp.

My advice to you is to eat foods that improved memory like blueberries, apples, spinach, grapes and eggplant. Also those foods for energy booster. But if in your diet, and if you preferred the taking of supplement. Take supp. that contain Ginkgo Biloba as it was the most effective and powerful antioxidants that you can find for your brain health. Great example of a particular supp. for improving memory and mental focus is the MX Brain Swift. Hope this info helps!

There is a herb called Brahmi that is great for memory.. it grows in water or really wet soil and the plant is little tiny leaves.

I used to just pull off a couple of the little leaves and put it in a cup of my normal tea and it made a huge difference to my memory and just my clarity of mind!! I stopped having it because I read somewhere its not the best thing to have when TTC or when your pregnant (but dont qoute me on that).. but I was actually just thinking the other day that I should try and find some somewhere again because its great to have!!!

I have no clue where to look for it in Canberra, I would say try a nursery or plant store, if you find some let me know- and if I find some I will tell you!!! :-)

ETA... OOOHHHHHH Just made my first use of the new AUTOSAVE thingy!!!! I mucked something up on the page when I was replying and usually that means bye bye post forever.. well not anymore!!! Autosave is cool!!! :-)
