MFP is freakin awesome, you can even create your own recipes in there to get the calories. Add it up every day, track all your exercise, and track your weight and measurements. You can use it as an app or on the computer, and on the computer you can generate reports for it all.

I also prefer Calorie Counter PRO MyNetDiary (it's the one with the green apple logo). I used MFP and didn't like it. It was too complicated to use and I didn't like the layout/design. At MyNetDiary you can even scan food items and add them (like your favourite brand of cereal) rather than having to scroll through pages and pages before you find the right item. You also can add your measurements, enter the exercise you do, create your own recipes etc. It calculates the food you've eaten minus the exercise you've done etc. There are great charts to show your progress and even an Analysis Tool that breaks down your diet habits (I.e. "you need more fibre in your breakfast to assist weight loss", "20g of sat fat provided more than 7% of calories. Keeping it lower will reduce the risk of heart disease" etc). It's AWESOME. Oh, and you can even track how much water you've had.

Might have to check that one out Raupe and Rouge - just as an aside you can scan in MFP too!
