This is how very little I even know about a lift!!! I had NO idea that it was more invasive than an enlargement or a reduction! I have always wanted a reduction, but having lost this weight, it's done it for me without requiring surgery. But now I want some perkiness happening again.

Any of you ladies that feel you have to much I am quite happy to help you out and take some of your hands (chest )
I have very small 10b cups.
They get up to a lovely reasonably C cup when pregnant and BF but they have once again became as deflated as airport windsocks on a still day
Every bra I have has padding....I can't stand the look of them without it.
A nice C cup implant would be just perfect...I am quite petite so to big would look a little out of proportion.
    *ahhhhh* I can dream

After 9 pregnancies, 5 b/f long term babies, and an EBM baby, and yet another b/f babe on the way, you can imagine where my lovley 12dd's sit...... at my belly button!!!

Without a bra, ALL the weight is now under the nipple, ALL of it, so flat on top, and all saggy underneath.. in a bra they are quite nice though....

My only desire, after the end of another b/f journey, is for my boobs to look like they are in a bra, when I'm not wearing one!!!

I have looked into it many times, and I need an under-the-muscle round implant from under the breast...... so an "easy" boob job really... at around $10,000.

I'll get back to full time work eventually, and thats what I'm getting.. my boobies back!!!

I'm with PB. This is my 6th pregnancy and my ladies could use some rejuvination lol. I'm a 14E to a 16DD depending on bra type but atm I'm a huge 14G. I can see them sagging post baby and breast feeding and DF would love for me to be a G cup all the time lol. I think I only need a "fill up" to make them look better so have looked into it heaps. It's heaps cheaper to go overseas and have it done and have a holiday as well. Gorgeous Getaways do heaps of deals if anyone wants a look.

My understanding was that a reduction was at least as invasive as a lift. Tissue needs to be removed as well as readjustment of the nipple's position. Implants are the only case where you can just make a little incision underneath the breast, stick in the implant and fill. I guess it is why more people choose to have larger perky boobs than just lift them up?
Nickle730 would be able to clarify that though.
