Lulliloo I think that Men should but not boys. It is still attached to the penis for a long time. I dont really know though my DS10 would never show me now so im not sure if his is still attached a bit? I dont think so though but my DS7 is.

There is a lot of mis information when it comes to the care of the penis. The article I posted explains a lot. The retraction of an intact foreskin can cause scaring etc. it doesn't need to be retracted to be cleaned. And only the owner should do it! I think as an adult you can pull it back and wash it but as a child no.
