    What I hate the most is when small child leans on saggy boob in bed on middle of night while turning over ouch!.
    OH, yes! the pain!

    i'm prob grade 3 as well. i would love to get my tummy fixed first (abdom seperation). i still look pregnant, and look more pregnant the more weight i lose.

    I have grade 3 too. I would love a reduction and lift. I have always said I need to lose weight first and finish bfing. I'm going it'll happen in the next 2-3 years. I have no ides where the money will come from.

    I definitely agree with md, that the best way to get the most details would be through a consult with a surgeon. So eventually, that's what we'll do.

    thanks. i'm trying to find guidelines for tummy work after hernia/dram. but can't get the search function to work. any hints wouuld be great

    I had grade 3 at 20 years old before my reduction. The surgery made them into 'normal' but with gravity and bf I'm now the one to the right of grade 3. It cost about $5000 I think but private health insurance and Medicare chipped in cause my GP's referral said it was medically necessary and that I had pendulous breasts. That was 20 years ago. I'd love to have them lifted again after we finishing having babies.
