DD's have eczema and not sure why it's flared up

No, have not changed shampoo or conditioner and I don't use soap on them. Have not changed washing detergent either.

are they getting hot overnight? new pj fabric?

a qv oil in bath, and maybe even bleach baths can help.

if you think the bath is a trigger, maybe showers for a week to see if I settles.

any new diet? more dairy?

my son has eczema and we need to keep up moisturising, or it flares. even the we still get flare ups. if he is sick in other ways, his skin often flares up too.
