Mine's not great, got much worse with a car accident I had nearly seven years ago. My physio at the time said the best way to correct it is to put your thumb at the base of your sternum & middle finger at your belly button. You have good posture when the distant is as far apart as it can go, the closer they are together, obviously, the worse it is. It helps to just check during the day because it makes you conciously sit or stand more upright.
