    Easy healthy food

So proud of my efforts with healthier eating this last week managed fruit and veggies almost everyday tuna egg and salad sandwiches for lunches, muesli for morning tea, hummus on toast for breakkie. I want to keep this up if I'm going to break this takeaway food addiction, dh is just as addicted and has less willpower if he is on dinner that's what we eat so I'm going to try do dinner every night till we flush it out of our system

    Any recommendations for this week?
    Dinners? Lunches? Snacks?
It needs to have something filling in it otherwise i start fading away
I need to be able to make it with a toddler running round
And would be great if it could double as food for 1yo ds to eat too he likes to eat what we do
    Also I'm 24 weeks pregnant

The things I an allowed to have at the moment are:
    wraps
small meat with lots of veggies or salad
    fruit for snacks
    vita wheat
    snack box sultanas, almonds etc
    soup

Sounds like you are on the right track, it's getting the meal ideas which is hard at times

It's hard to offer specifics without knowing your tastes, but there is a magazine available called The Healthy Food Guide which has heaps of easy, quick and yummy healthy recipes in it every month.

I like to make out menus for the week so I can shop for the ingredients. What about the Super Food Ideas magazine (or similar - there are lots at the checkout) or, the Taste website is my best friend when I need to be inspired.
