Whoa mumma! I wear a crop top and when I stand sideways i'm nearly totally flat! But thats the price you pay I guess. To be honest if I had big knockers they would totally get in the way lol!

Nope, can't claim unless it has a logo on it. When I buy Les Mills clothes I can but nothing else

And Winter - if you get the full length Flashies you can roll the leg up and there are little buttons

I'm down to an E after wearing Gs for my nursing bras!! Its the BF!! My boobs aren't normally this big!

I finished off today with a 3km walk & dip in the ocean with DD & DH. Was gorgeous!

Once you start moving again, don't you realise how much you missed it? And wonder why it was so hard to start in the first place?

You ladies are horrible, horrible I say () for mentioning Lorna Jane and Lululemon - you're all tempting me to shop online, aren't you?? I used to have a stack of Lorna Jane clothing but Les Mills takes up the bulk of my wardrobe now (well, I've got soo much I have to keep it separately in a suitcase under the bed ).

Nettie - what have u been up to exercise wise? are you finding it easy to fit into your schedule or are there a few teething problems? Loving ya cheer squad!!!

Winter - sounds like an awesome time you've had with DH and DD. So great when the family can be involved too, isn't it? Let me know how you go if you manage to get to a Jam class eh?

CQ - I'm also a lucky person to have the um, chest size I do - imagine teaching with huge knockers? Imagine doing a hook or upper cut in Combat, what if you made contact and punched yourself in the boobie (can that happen?) ..ok ok, I'm getting a bit silly now - sorry!

Welcome Heather - great to see another Combatter amongst us!

AFM - I did body jam this evening, I got some huge stomach pains from about the 20 min mark onwards to the end of the class. You know me, I just worked through it. Popped a few pills to take the pain away afterwards and it seems to have settled a bit now, probably coz i'm just sitting on my butt telling you lovely ladies about my day . I've been feeling a bit tired lately - so I might just limit myself to one class and a walk tomorrow instead . Its obviously my body's way of saying 'slow down'.

I hope everyone has had an awesome day and is gearing up for the last day before the weekend!!!

    Thanks everyone for the welcome

Junglemum and Winter: If I didn't start now, it could have been never! I have a gym membership which I suspended while pregnant and re-activated on a spare of the moment decision so needed to get a move on so as not to waste it. And my DH was also mentioning that I had re-activated my membership and why wasn't I using it Fair point! Although my pelvic floors were telling me to take it easy!!!

Winter: I am hearing you on the BF thing..I am normally a C cup and with BF I am a DD-E.

When our gym first opened I jumped on straight away as they were offering an amazing deal that would guarantee the price for 3yrs.

I love Lorna Jean work out wear too! When I bought my new things I got addidas stuff as we don't have a Lorna Jean near by.
I live 20mins from Melbournes CBD and our new shopping centre is getting a Lorna Jean this year..can't wait as I also like her leisure wear range as well.

Leesa: Are you a PT? I like the Les Mills Cycle. I will be doing RPM on Monday and then Spin when the gym get's back into full swing after School Hol's. The gym uses alot of Les Mills.

Thankfully the gym has a creche, well normally anyway, it closed over the Christmas New Year period and not starting again until the 18th Jan So I am going at night, can be a struggle as I have to make sure DD (Tess) has been fed and ok before I leave.

When I did my first Combat class on Wednesday I squeezed myself into my pre pregnancy sports bra the poor girls were so squashed in, glad now though after that combat class I have an Intimo sports bra which is great!

    Have a great weekend everyone

I just did a "Ladies Circuit" at my gym. Fon't be fooled by the easy sounding name, I walked out of there a quivering mess! DH had to carry DD as I had nothing left in me. Even now, 45mins later, I am shaking!
There were 4 of us "ladies" and a PT and he put us through our paces. Warmed up on treadmills, weights down the back, lunges etc, then ab work on the floor, then moved to cardio on the tread mills where we had to hold 1kg weights in each hand above our heads while he jacked up the incline and the pace! At 1-2 min intervals we would be able to lower the weights or do alternate punching with them, but I thought I was going to fall off the back of the treadmill! The incline was at 14% and speed at 5.5 km/h at the end and I had to bring it back to 5km/h with my weights to my chest rather than above my head to finish! Then we moved onto the cycles and did sprint / interval training for 10 mins argh! and finished off with a cool down on the steppers.... watch me wobble like jelly on a plate!

Have I told you I love my gym? Its a council run one and this Ladies Circuit runs 3 times a week, is part of gym membership or $11 casual with free creche. Its the cheapest Personal Training around! I think I'm going to do it 3 times a week for the next month and see where it gets me. Combat on Tuesdays still CQ! I'm not deserting ship!

Hope everyone else is going well and shaking their booties today!

Winter - I hurt just reading that!

I promised D I'd train today in lieu of our normal session... but I still feel crap. Amazed I saw the day out at work! BUT I hope to do a double session tomorrow (am then pm). If DD's dad gets home early enough tonight, I might hit the treadmill... Someone motivate me! I know I'll probably feel better after a session... I'm just struggling with this constant nausea!!! And I'm desperate to try my new songs on my play list - Dirty by Bodyrockers... THEY ROCK!

Leesa - arms/chest still sore (stopped after about 1pm yesterday started again 1:30am this morning when I got up to Blake) just near armpits and chest join (I don't know what that area is called pecs???). Thighs started a bit this afternoon as well, just at the top and front. This probably means I could put up the weights except for the fact that I can't get through the session with any more than I currently do.

Saw some LJ stuff today at Harbourtown thought about it, but was a little scared to try any on and was thinking about my budget - spent less than $80 for the day so relieved there.

Thanks Winter I messaged my PT asking for a leave pass for tonight and he conveniently hasn't replied Cheeky bugger. I even told him why! Waiting for A to get home and then I WILL get on my treadmill... Even if it is just a light session...

I knew that if I went over $100 I would have had a heated discussion with DH - didn't want to face that especially as we're getting the credit card under control again finally!!!
