Liz - Thanks for the cheer!
Leesa- yeah, time gets a bit precious. Mornings are the best for me, but if I get up to exercise and DS wakes up - I'll need to tend to him (which will mean the end of any exercise). I would like to start walking again in the mornings, but DH isn't quite at the point where he will see the importance of that time being sacred to my exercise - like I do. So I kinda feel like 'why bother'..I'm also trying to 'fix' my plantar fascitis (heel spurs) - so too much walking is off the cards.
End of the day - I get too tired and it's much harder for me to get motivated (and I'm easily distracted by TV, Computer, etc).
Things are a bit up in the air at the moment (have applied for a job in town) so not sure what to start...![]()

. As you told me, your DS weighs 8.5 kg now, so you can't tell me you are unable to lift a measley 2kgs eh?? (The challenge is on - you CAN do it!!).

..
I also encourage him to do his own exercise and have his own time out. Keep trying.
