I'm fine. Doc said it should be fine in a couple of days and to just keep it bandaged and take panadol and if it's still sore this time next week to go back and he'll order x-rays. Considering I can still move it (even though it hurts a bit) and it was never swollen he doubts it's broken. The focus pad would have absorbed most of the impact, it's just the twisting that hurt.
Might stop me doing pump and boxing next week, but I can do other things like leg presses, squats, lunges, jogging and stuff like that... things that don't require the use of my wrists. I hurt it on the bone of the wrist that links to the pinky finger if that helps you to work out what I've done and how it twisted.
