How are you sinuses? Have you recently recovered from a cold? I have sinusitis atm and I have been getting dizzy. Sounds like you are eating enough food so that shouldn't be the cause.
No, no colds. I did have a coldsore last week but that healed really quickly - within 2 days.

When I went to the GP the other week my blood pressue was low when I usually don't have an issue. She said if it is low it could cause light headness etc. Are you drinking enough water ?

mm i had these symptoms and I ended up being Vitamin D deficient. Also you may have an ear infection or virus it may not hurt your ear but make your dizzy.

Ok, I have a lot to think about froma ll ytour response (thanks so much). I actually was thinking it is stress related now. Last night I couldn't sleep b/c I was tooing & froing about a work issue & I got terrible pains in my tummy on & off. I have taken the day off today & also my DD is ill but I didn't make an appt to go to the Drs. I might wait it out & talk to my DH about my worries and see if that helps. Thanks again.

    Could you have IBS?
No, I don't think so. I usually have a high tolerance to alot of foods, illnesses etc.... it takes me to be really, really ill for anything to have an affect on me. I remember having this issue now sometime prior to DD and it was stress related, which then turned into anxiety. I luckily changed jobs and it stopped.
