    Welcome to the General Health, Fitness and Well Being thread!
    Please feel free to use this thread to chat about your weight loss/fitness goals, sucesses etc.
    Please Note: You do not have to participate in the Biggest Loser comp to be able to chat in this thread! Everyone is welcome!

    Bellybelly's Biggest Loser of the Month
    The Biggest Loser of the Month competition is run monthly within this thread for those who are interested in participating.
    All people wishing to participate in the Biggest Loser must PM or email their details to Ambah, Sherie or Shannon. They then must keep track of all weight lost throughout the month, and PM or email these results to one of us during the month, with the final tally to be sent to us at the very end of the month.
    All new entries into the competition must be in by the 15th of each month. Any participants wishing to enter after that date will have to wait until the next months competition.
    The winner of the previous month will be Congratulated and announced at the start of the Info thread on the 1st of every month. They will also be sent a card of congratulations from the Moderating team.

    I will be starting back up at the gym tomorrow. About 6 weeks ago DH hurt his food and couldnt go to the gym anymore so i lost all motivation to go because i hate going by myself. Will be good too because lately ive been feeling so run down from not doing anything.

    teagan im going to the gym tomorrow too, i joined a couple of weeks ago, Balance at mayfeild, and now im pregnant, but im determined to keep going, so we might cross paths tomorrow

    Wow Chrissy, i didnt know you were pg again. Congratz! Balance has ante-natal yoga as one of their classes in the afternoons if your interested. Maybe ask to see a personal trainer for 30mins(i think it costs $30) and ask what you can use while pregnant etc.

    Kate - we'll lose weight together then hopefully get pg together (oh that didnt sound to good did it PMSL)

    well girls more gym work for me know, i had a chemical pregancy so af is here raising her ugly head..........not to worry, now i can try and budge all that baby weight.

    Do you mind if i join you? I think you guys will help keep my motivation levels up. I'm doing the CSIRO diet and have just started back at the gym this week (took me ages to get my butt off the couch after xmas lol) i'm trying to loose a few KGs before we start IVF.

    Hello everyone else - slack tart here.
    Jumped on the scales last night and ive lost 1kg. Im pretty happy with that. It was before I went to the toilet and all. thats 2.1kg down, 9kg to go until april.
    Im making twisters tongiht, thans to caddies yummy receipe. My family love my KFC chicken.

    Chrissy - so sorry to hear about your loss - take care.

    Hope everyone else is doing well. This is just a quickie coz I'm off to Tassie in the morning for a four day break away and still need to get organised and pack! (Short working week - WOO HOO!) Just have to remember to eat well as usually I have this bad habit of 'pigging out' when I'm on holidays!!! LOL!

    Just squeezed in for 0.5 loss this week.

    Mon 12Feb weigh-in: 80.5kg
    Total loss for Feb so far: 1kg

    Hi girls!! How we all fairing? So far this month i have lost 800g but at weigh in last nite put on 200g.The first time i put weight on in 12weeks. Pretty dissapointed in myself but figure you cant keep losing for the rest of my life otherwise there will be non of me left!! Must have been the wine,cornjack and chomp i just had to have.
    So re focusing this week and making sure i have a loss next week.
    Hows your foot maz,back on the bike yet?

    ****, i jumped on the scales this morning, and i now weigh 76kg with me at the beginning of feb 79.8.so i have lost nearly 4kg in 2 weeks...is that possible? sorry im so self absorbed just had to share it
