I am wanting to go for a totally different look (colour wise) I have dyed my hair black since i was 18 and ive decided that its an old look now.

I am either going to go red, purple or a darky red-purple. Now my question is would it be easier to strip the black out of my hair and just colour over my natural hair colour (which is dark brown, not heaps dark) or bleach it?? I want what will be easier on my hair and something that will hold the colour so im not re dyeing every 2 weeks.

Now onto my next issue...

I got my nose pierced when i was 18 and it fell out 2 days later and couldnt get it back in so then i tried again a year later on the other side and i had it for 8 days until i knocked it and it fell out. Is there a way they can do it, like use a sleeper rather than a stud to ensure it doesnt fall out?? Or could i just tape it up for the 6-8 weeks they say not to touch it.
