pubic area - waxed by a professional waxer who specialises in the area (I've been to a general waxer before and lets just say I didn't like where the hot wax ended up), contemplating going permanent hair removal for part of the hair and will continue to wax the rest. Have shaved and used hair removal cream, never again for the shaving as I loathe the coarseness of the regrowth, hair removal cream is hit'n'miss and would prefer not to use it unless I have to as it does effect the hair and makes waxing a little bit harder the next time.

legs & under arms - hair removal creams and/or shaving, but I think I will be going back down the waxing path because the hair grows back lighter, may even go down permanent hair removal path for these

    brows - professionally waxed

Wax legs, wax underarms. Do it myself (well, my partner does it LOL!) Can't stand how quick it all grows back. Plus I have an excuse if I let it go "oh, i've just been waiting for the right length to wax..." Besides, now I've been waxing for so long my leg hairs are barely there, and my underarm hair is very fine now. Wax them every 6-8 weeks.

Down there though, I've tried to wax down there. Tried. OW! Usually I tidy up, as I prefer not to to bare, but if I go for it I shave myself mostly because even after fertility treatment and birth, I can't get past the fact that someone will be down there touching and poking around. I tidy up when it needs it, and shave infrequently.

I've tried the creams and i think I must be sensitive because they burnt my legs, and that was one for sensitive skin. So glad I tried on my legs and not somewhere a little MORE sensitive!

I am having IPL (laser) on my underarms atm - I would need to wax them every 4-6 weeks (I am dark and coarse) and bit the bullet & started getting IPL. I am onto my fourth session ($100 per session) & I think I would only need one more & then I am hair free under there. The good thing is that I can shave inbetween IPL sessions with no adverse affect to the IPL. I go every 7 weeks (sometimes longer) for the IPL.

I wax everywhere else, which includes - XX bikini, full leg, lip, eyebrow & half arm. I have to wax my bikini every 4 weeks, bottom half of leg & half arm 6-8 weeks, top half leg up 8-12 weeks (grows slower than the bottom). Lip & eyebrow I try to maintain as much as I can then I get it done the next time I am at the beauticians. Sometimes I wax my bottom half leg & half arm but I can't do my bikini or top legs myself - too hard.

Shave under my arms as the cream gave me a *****ly feeling. I had them waxed a couple of times and it was great, only thinng is, in summer you need a bit of re-growth for it to work.

Get my bikini line waxed as I like an extended which leaves only the landing strip, needs to be kept up every 5weeks. I tried waxing myself, hurt like hell, even tried having couple of a wines, still hurt like mad I also tried the cream and didn't like the feeling of having a chemical that close to my 'bits' and I certainly wouldn't be using the cream where they wax!!

Legs I use the cream, easy as and usually lasts a good while and I don't get that *****ly feeling like with shaving. Can't justify waxing legs as you have to leave re-growth too long which doesn't work for me in Summer and no point in winter as my legs are hardly ever seen.

Eyebrows, I get waxed at the same time I have my bikini line done, usually have and eyelash tint too.

I considered IPL and I was told it would not work on my as I am pale, freckly and have red hair.

If you want to get wax, alot of salons have 'package deals' for getting a few things done together.
