Mildez, it's really depressing when you try so hard and it has the opposite effect to what you want. Starangelk might be right with it being fluid retention though...

My healthy eating the past week has been off and on, I have mostly had healthy meals, but it's the ice-cream here or the biscuit there that has been my downfall. Having said that, from 26 to 28 weeks I only put on 500g which was great! So far I've put on 8kg, I'm hoping to put no more than 12kg on but we'll see how I go.
