What remedies out there will help me sleep? Last night I was exhausted, went to bed about 7.30pm but I tossed and turned wide awake until 10.30- 11ish which is when I finally drifted off. Then I just woke at 3am to give DS a bottle, he had it finished in 15 minutes, I have been back to bed and can't sleep again so here I am. This happens every night, I will prob be asleep by 6 am (i hope) but then DD will wake and it depends what mood she is in, cuz she might come into bed with me til he wakes up. I have tried no tv before bed, warm milks, warm showers, natural sleeping tablets, cups of chamomile tea, I even bought a lavender temple balm lol I'm all stuck for ideas![]()
