The Tuesday before Christmas, I woke up with a really sore foot. it was below my 2nd and 3rd toes. Cause I don't go to the doctor unless I am dying or for the kids LOL I did my usual "I'll be right" could hardly walk on it mind you

Christmas day I was still hobbling around. So Tuesday just gone (1 week after) I finally take myself to the doctor who said I had inflammation under toes 2 and 3 and had asked if I had lived in high heels for any time before it became sore. I hadn't as I don't even own a pair or high high heels. He gave me some Mobic anti-inflammatories and sent me on my way.

It constantly hurts even when sitting. I am supposed to stay off my feet, but ummm hello I have 3 kids. I can drive but if I do it hurts like hell afterwards cause the inflammation is in my accelerator/braking foot.

So my question is how long does it take for anti-inflammatories to kick in generally. I am on 15mg dose and can only have one a day. Today is day 4 and I have had no relief. Shouldn't inflammation be going away by itself by now anyway, it has been 10 days. Would you be going back to the doctor now, or wait out the 10 days of Tablets first.
