    i've almost lost my voice

    Hi, does any1 have any tips on how 2 help me get my voice back? I have 2 yell and it still comes out like I'm just talking I know i prob shouldnt b using my voice though and I read that hot water with lemon and honey helps? Thanx

    Have u tried the thrpat lozenges??? Maybe some tea with honey, there are the lemsip things (not just for cold)

    Appart from that i 'm not sure
