    In-Liven, Wylde or ???

Has anyone tried either of these or reccommend something to help get my libido back on track.
Energy and health wise I feel ok. I just find I am struggling with 'female needs' , or is this just a result of 3 kids, married 14yrs and approaching 40
My DH is wonderful, loving and caring and I still find him incredibly sexy and attractive, it's just my body or is it my mind is not co-operating!

Any feedback or suggestions would be great

Often mothers only have energy holding them back, but of course, if you are particularly concerned, always check with your GP.

I'd give In-Liven a go first, it's not processed artificially in a production line making it easier to absorb. I found I could actually feel a boost within a week or two of taking it. I could physically feel it. I sent some to my grandparents to have a go also and they said the same thing - they felt like they had more get up and go.

In-Liven isn't specific to libido, but Wylde isn't specific to energy and overall health and wellbeing

In-Liven - Why Our Members Are In-Love With Mivitality In-Liven!

    Dosage info

How much do I have to take?
It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon on the bottle, however our Health Expert Tracey Habron suggests a slower, staggered start to get your body used to taking the intense nutrients as follows:

    0.5t 1x a day 2 days
    0.5t 2x a day 2 days
    1.0t 2x a day 3 days
    1.5t 2x a day 14 days
    1.0t 2x a day 3 days
1.0t 1x a day ongoing, but you can take more if you want – some take 2 some take 4 spoons a day.

    t = teaspoon

For children, you would give 1/4t a day, but you can start with a small sprinkle or less to build up.

Mix it in with juice, preferably not citrus. Nudie juice is a great way to take In-Liven, in small amounts of liquid so you can drink it like a shot – making the drink bigger only makes it taste worse and harder to drink!

Are you BFing or using a hormonal contraceptive? These things killed my libido. Well, BFing didn't affect my libido once the feeds had cut down and my period returned.

Meow..down to one BF a day and I also have a Mirena in. I don't get AF with the Mirena at all. I am off to see my OB in a couple of weeks for a Mirena check and smear, so will ask her what feedback she has had re: libido.

Thanks Kelly, I had already bookmarked the page to get the In-liven with Fast track pack. Pretty sure I will give it a go once I return to work in a couple of weeks.
I like the fact the In-liven can used for the whole family.

I find the same as meow - breastfeeding and hormonal contraception reduce my libido to just about nothing.
I find I need to ovulate in order to get frisky. I am finding now that we have weaned and I am getting some sleep and occasional exercise I am waaaaaay more likely to feel 'in the mood', and I haven't been on hormonal contraception since before my first child.
OT, I know... sorry. GL with the InLiven.
