    Hi,

Well I had cramping for quite a while last night, rang the hospital and luckily got a nurse that is trained in massage, she said that yes there are trigger points there, but it usually only brings on labour in latter pregnancy (I am 16 weeks). She also rang my OB who wants to see me today to check up on everything, but seems to think it will be okay!

No more massages for me, she pushed so hard on my shoulders that they are now bruised!

Sorry you've had that experience Hopefully your OB finds that all is very well today.
Did the therapist take a case history before giving you a massage? (They should at least ask if you are pregnant.) If you do see another therapist of any kind, do tell them you're pregnant.
Hope you are feeling better now... and that the pain in your shoulders settles down soon.
