depends on your DR.
but if you ring you should be able to give you a rough idea of price.
But then ask how important is your health and what price do you put on knowing your healthy and going to be around for a while
Glad to hear your results were clear... if you don't mind me asking what kind of costs are involved in getting check... I need to kick my husband into gear (and myself) but he always uses the excuse of the cost and we can't afford it at the moment

Yep I agree with Kawazuki put a price on your life - you cant.
For the consultation it was roughly $120 but after medicare I think I would have been out of pocket about $35. They checked me from head to toe. In the end I ended up paying $300 because they took the mole out that day and I think I got $110 back from medicare. Also depends on private health care etc which we dont have. Just ring and find out and see what they can do for you. There is always your GP too although not experts its was a GP that took my husbands mole out and thank god he did.
thanks... it's not that we don't want to do it... we've talked about it for the last year or so... just haven't been in the position to do anything about it but after I felt one on my arm today for the first time (slightly raised, never noticed before) it got me thinking... then I saw your post... will discuss with GP :-) thanks for the kick
