I bought an energy band the other day and it is awesome! Seriously, it's not like it's made me bounce with energy but it's made me not exhausted if that makes sense?

It's like it's brought me back to where i'm supposed to be...balanced. Also emotionally I feel calm and balanced. It's amazing!

I can't find any links that don't sell them so I can't add it but basically they have these hologram discs that are embedded with frequencies that are supposed to communicate with the meridians of your body and wearing them helps improve your balance and energy, flexibiliy and endurance.

I've seen a few different types but I got mine at Amart All Sports. If anyone is feeling tired and run down I really recommend them!!

ETA The biggest change is in the evening, i'm not yelling at the kids lol!
