My Dr had told me that a pain in the side is a sign of ovulation. To tell you the truth I never really noticed it until she had said that. Since then I have noticed such horrible pains, such like a stitch. A week or so ago I had such a pain in my left side that it was from the front of my stomach straight through to my back. It lasted all day and all night, I had to take some panadol just to help me sleep.
Maybe this is the pain you are experiencing. I know as well that I used to never feel sick, get sore boobs or even be tired before my monthly, but lately every month I have. Even since late last year I have bloated 3 wks out of 4. So every month to me seems to be am I, or aren't I. All of the symptoms I get point to it, but don't turn out.
Now I am trying to relax a little, and not read too much into the symptoms that I have been getting.
