Heat packs to draw it out and then when it has a pustule drain it It's really the only way. Just make sure whatever you use to break the skin is sterile, and do not break the skin until it has a pustule as sometimes they can go away with heat as well. If its REALLY big you'll have to do it at a Dr, to make sure it's not more than one.
