Painful Boil. How to treat?

we used to treat boils with magnoplasm, you can buy it in chemists, just a cream that you apply to the boil (very sticky and thick) and then cover it, only takes a short time to draw all the muck out of it.

last boil I had had to be treated with antibiotics. It was many heat drawing treatments and such later and still VERY painful! Had it for 3 weeks and was between my butt cheeks though! Many sleepless nights and was that sore I had to beg the doctor for pain relief as I hadn't slept for ages and was in agony!

Ouchies! - yeah i had to have AB's for mine too...they are soooo painful but the AB's worked wonders

It worked!!! I popped the little sucker this morning and it's feeling much better! It still looks disgusting though.

Tinks - You gotta make sure you get the core out..like a chunky bit at the bottom of the "hole". DP had several of these when he was working at the mines in north QLD and if you dont get the core out they can keep coming back till you get it out!! Try and pinch so you are squeezing from the outside of the hard part around the boil.
