I have always had shooting pains in my boobs depending on where I am in my cycle. See a doctor if you're worried, but for me that would be normal, try not to worrymy boobs have always been achy, stabby things.

There are lots if things it could be...Blocked gland, hormonal, little cyst...lots of things.
For peace of mind, go to the GP as soon as you feel up to it. In the meantime, don't stress over it, because it is overwhelmingly likely to be fine.
