There a little ring tha thas a point on the inside that is meant to sit against a pressure point on the inside of your little finger... the pressure point there must be connected to the throat or something, i'm not entirely sure. I just wanted to see if anyone had had success with them as at my chemist they sell for $50, and I don't really want to waste that much money on a gimmick iykwim.
